About ISDIN

ISDIN is a Spanish cosmetic brand specialized in skin care with presence in fourteen countries. ISDIN provides complete skin treatment solutions at different levels: cure, prevention and care.

For the purposes of this project, the research and proposal made was for ISDIN Mexico.


LOVE ISDIN

iOS Application

An eCommerce mobile app where users can purchase ISDIN products directly (without intermediaries) with exclusive benefits such as prices, gifts, and personalized content.

Through this interaction with the user, in addition to offering a new direct sales channel, ISDIN will be able to learn more about their consumers, identify trends, generate brand loyalty concepts and increase regular purchase tickets through “personalized routine recommendations”.

The Problem

Context: 80% of the damage we have on our skin is caused by the sun. This damage affects everyone equally, generating wrinkles, blemishes and even dangerous skin cancer. This concern is the reason why today the market for dermatological products has an annual value in Mexico of $ 8,500 million pesos with just 20% penetration. The business opportunity is enormous and ISDIN Mexico is one of the brands that has best known how to capitalize on it.

Currently, ISDIN products are traditionally marketed in pharmacies, supermarkets and price clubs. However, with the advancement of e-commerce and the great opportunities that have arisen at this time, the proposal for the “Love ISDIN” app was born.

The Solution

“Love ISDIN” aims to take advantage of the more than 200 thousand followers that already exist on their social networks in order to take the relationship with that active community to another level. 

Through this application, it is expected to reach those followers as a B2C community to whom will be offered exclusive prices, new product launches, experiences, and skin routine recommendations. All with an orientation to improve the experience of the users and to increase the business of these captive clients.

"LOVE ISDIN" the most complete personalized guide to dermatological products, new experiences, and benefits of ISDIN. Your personalized skincare routine from your cell phone to your door.

  • Exclusivity - The main axis.
  • Direct sales channel to the consumer with better prices than traditional markets.
  • Personalized service according to the specific needs of the consumer.

Skin Care Test

  • The test consists of 5 questions that will lead the user (and us) to know the profile and possible needs of a potential client.
  • Upon receiving their result, the user will be directed to an ad hoc product recommendation to their now well-identified "Skin type". 
  • With this, in addition to being able to make a potential sale, the app will increase the average customer ticket thanks to the recommendation of complementary product routines.

Loyalty Program

By being part of the new "LOVE ISDIN COMMUNITY", the app will continue to offer incentives and benefits such as new tests, discounts, free starting doses and even dermatological consultations sponsored by ISDIN.
